Here’s a video clip recorded in Seattle on August 6th, 2005. What you are hearing is the Solomon Douglas Swingtet playing the “Big Apple Contest” song from the 1939 film Keep Punching, and what you are seeing (very dimly) is a large crowd of enthusiastic Lindy Hop dancers performing the choreography from the film.
